We are currently offering free ground shipping throughout the Philippines. Orders being shipped to international locations outside of the Philippines will occur additional shipping charges which will be communicated with the customer directly on a case-by-case basis.

2.1 Return or Exchange Due To Change Of Mind
Intrepid Spirit will happily accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind as long as a request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of items and items are returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Items that have been worn outside do not qualify. Items must be in like-new and unused condition. An item with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. Customer must include all product packaging, a copy of their Official Receipt (OR), Facebook or Instagram chat details, their full name, or at minimum something to identify them as the purchaser.
Return shipping will be Intrepid Spirit's expense, but customers will be required pre-pay the return shipping which will be refunded once the item is received and a copy of the official receipt is provided. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed or in the case of an exchange, a new model (if stock is available) will be shipped to the customer free of charge. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Intrepid Spirit will refund the value of the items returned and the value of any shipping paid. Free shipping on exchanges is limited to one return and re-shipment of a replacement.
We must be notified by the customer in advance that they are returning items before the return shipment is sent.
2.2 Warranty Returns
Intrepid Spirit will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not faulty.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Intrepid Spirit to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) a refund to your payment
(b) a voucher for in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
3.2 Transit Time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier and logistics and transport restrictions/delays between the Philippines and the final destination.
3.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. We operate Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
3.5 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
6.1 Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
6.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and Intrepid Spirit encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Intrepid Spirit at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
8.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
